Came in today and was helped as soon as I opened the doors! Fast , efficient, and very good quick customer service! I appreciate it very much! Even got help to lift the bottles into the car! 🙂

With the boil water advisory imminently in effect in Cranbrook, I called the Culligan people to see if they had large multi leaders of water and their price point was very good we got 11 L for $5 and then you can bring the containers back and refill them for only $2! I found their phone staff really helpful and I was happy to deal with the same gal in person and she even carried the water out to my car so two thumbs up.

We called for a service of our RO and Softener system. Daniel arrived on time and went above and beyond to diagnose our concerns and rectify the issues.As business owners ourselves, we know how hard it is to find and keep good staff. Daniel was exemplary and must be a huge asset to your company. He was polite, professional and got the job done.Thank you!!

Kudos to Shadi! Five minutes before our kids and grandkids arrived at our lake house for the August long weekend, we broke the sleeve for our UV water purifier. We called a competitor of Culligan but they were 40 minutes from closing for the long weekend and couldn't help us. We called Shandi at Culligan and even though she wasn't completely familiar with what we were looking for, she was willing to look. And she found something compatible. My husband drove to Cranbrook the next morning, picked up the part and we had water by Saturday afternoon. This could have been a disaster for us but Shandi saved us! Thank you!
